great location but loud on weekends
The location is perfect for those wanting to explore downtown and try authentic local food. The beach access was a highlight, making it easy for our family to enjoy both the city and the sea.
The noise on the weekends made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

great walkability near parks and local attractions
I loved being able to easily walk to places like the charming Casa de Cultura and enjoyed relaxing at Urbano Kabah Park, which is a great escape from city life. however, the breakfast setup was a bit confusing.

Spacious room with comfy beds. The beach club experience was awesome but noise insulation in the walls was poor. Reservation for the beach club is needed for good seating. Location allows easy access to local spots, but be prepared for some late-night sounds from neighbors.

The room was spacious with comfortable beds and a nice shower. I appreciated having nearby shopping and restaurants, which made dining convenient. However, sound insulation could be improved, as I could hear noise from neighbors. Additionally, not having a mini fridge was a downside for keeping drinks cool.

Had a great time with friends! We explored nearby local restaurants and enjoyed the beach club. The room was spacious, and we loved the comfy beds. The location is nice for experiencing a real vibe and easy access to places. Pro tip, reserve your beach club spot in advance for good seating!
The noise insulation was pretty bad. We could hear our neighbors quite clearly, which was distracting at times, especially when they returned late.

The location is great, right next to a mall with a food court, making it easy to grab a bite without going far. The beach club access was a nice perk, but it's essential to reserve your spot in advance as spots are limited. Unfortunately, the sound insulation between rooms was pretty poor, leading to disturbances at night. Overall, it was a decent stay with good breakfast options yet some aspects need improvement.

The location of Krystal Urban is fantastic. close to restaurants and just minutes from the beach. The hotel felt very clean and well-kept. The beds provided a super comfortable sleep after long beach days. The large pool was a highlight, perfect for relaxing in the sun. However, there are a few drawbacks. I really missed having a mini-fridge in the room. It’d be nice for keeping drinks cold. The coffee machine only brews espresso, so it limits options for coffee lovers. Also, I found it odd that there’s no ice machine available. instead, you have to ask the staff for ice every time. While the staff were friendly and accommodating, a more streamlined process for getting towels would be great. having to show ID at reception for pool towels felt unnecessary. Otherwise, enjoyed my stay but these little improvements could make it even better.

Great Location and Friendly Staff!
I had a fantastic stay with my boyfriend! The hotel is located just a short walk from vibrant bars and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. Luis, the bellman, was exceptionally helpful and always greeted us with a smile. The only downside was that the noise from nearby nightlife could be disruptive at times, especially on weekends.

Relaxing, rejuvenating, remarkable
I had an amazing time enjoying the spacious outdoor swimming pool paired with a lovely garden area, perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun! The beach umbrellas were a lifesaver, providing shade while I sipped on refreshing drinks. The culinary delights at breakfast had so many options that I felt like a kid in a candy store every morning!

The location near local eateries and beach access is a big plus, providing convenience for exploring. Breakfast options were varied and enjoyable with cold meats available. However, the cleanliness issues were disappointing, with housekeeping lacking consistency and the pool's cloudy water raised concerns. Noise carried easily through the walls, impacting comfort during the stay.
